The 3-6 Month Individual Coaching Program

I will gently guide you to restore balance and vitality in your life. Together we will create and personalized plan to improve your overall health, incorporating your lifestyle, preferences and health or weight loss goals.
Menopause, hormones, stress and years of poor diet can cause many women to gain EXTRA unwanted pounds. Your program will take all health and lifestyle issues into concern.

I will help you find out what foods your body needs and show you flavorful ways to prepare them .
