Together we will cultivate "Whole Hearted" living: "Which means cultivating compassion, courage, and connection. To wake up in the morning and think, no matter what gets done and how much is left 'undone', I am enough. Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn't change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging."
The Gifts of Imperfection.
My goal is to partner
with you on
and assist you in
I work with adults, adolescents and their families on interpersonal relationships, behavior change, addictions, grief and loss, improving family dynamics and facilitating communication.
I specialize in assisting “adult children from alcoholic or other dysfunctional families” find recovery, explore their past, develop healthier relationship skills, and do the work of healing.
There is an unshakable truth that deep within each one of us is tremendous strength, courage, resiliency, wisdom and many gifts and talents. Sometimes life shakes our confidence. Many of us feel victimized by our thoughts, memories and experiences. I challenge those beliefs. We are not victims; we are in charge of our beliefs, thoughts, and feelings. If you can identify, then consider yourself a survivor, one with strength; or you would not have made it this far. So be encouraged!"
I am a traveler on the ‘road of life’ who has done the courageous work of healing. I feel humbled to join others of great courage as we fully embrace and live our lives.
Expect a miracle! I hope to meet you soon.
